Girls on the Run

Girls on the Run is a life-changing character development program for girls ages 8-12. Through a combination of running, lessons and a community service project, girls are taught values that lead to a confident sense of self; outside the "girl box." The 12-week program culminates with the girls' participation in a non-competitive 1 or 3.1 mile walk/run event.
